I have called and written and still response or no license key. I didn't even receive a confirmation email after I ordered. I ordered almost a month ago, yet my card was charged yesterday for an order from early February when I never received a confirmation email and have not been able to use the product.

You should have received a license key in the mail with the subject line PERMANENT license key sent a few days after the purchase; please look for it in SPAM perhaps. I will request the license key to be sent to you again for order number 2792.
